Type of Construction:

3 Story, open corridor, Mix unit building with attached parking on the first floor. Post tension/slab on grade foundations with wood frame wall construction and wood truss pitched roofs. Exterior wall coverings are brick veneer with cast stone accent arches and sills, cement horizontal lap siding and vertical siding panels. Vinyl Windows, 30 year architectural shingles, insulated metal entry doors and low maintenance metal railing and stairs for the breeze ways. The balconies consist of aluminum black coated railings. Site topography is mostly flat, with lots of green space and landscaping. An amphitheater will be available for use on the property that double acts as drainage/detention pond if overflow of rainfall. This project is considered a market rate apartment complex. The buildings are sprinkled and fire suppression monitored.

Project Statistics:

Project consists of 283 apartment units in 18 apartment building with 7 different unit types that are mixed between the building and have 1st floor parking garage and 11 detached carports. There are a total of 6 different layouts of buildings. One building will have an elevator allowing all units to be accessible apartment units. The clubhouse style is a newer style for us with a large open concept in the main entrance with exposed beams, fire place, full kitchen for tenant use. There are public restrooms, dog washing station, business center, and a larger fitness center room with a large folding glass door that looks over the pool area. Other outdoor amenities include a round about with a center fountain, grilling station, outdoor fire place, custom pool, in ground hot tub, tot lot playground, and a larger custom playground.

Project start date was January 2020 with anticipated completion of August 2022 or roughly 31 months of construction.
