From start to finish, Signature employs an array of information technology tools to track and share information as the project unfolds. Signature utilizes a fully integrated accounting/job costing system to facilitate and track contract costing, income, expense and job cost history data. In the field, Signature employees are equipped with laptop computers and utilize a web based construction management system which includes daily log reports, progress meeting minutes, manpower reporting, safety reporting, real time construction schedules, baseline scheduling reports, RFI initiation and tracking, progress picture uploads and general document upload. This system is used by and accessible to all team members to process real time information on the status of the project. This includes construction staff, owners, architects, engineers, lenders and equity participants.
