Three story buildings, 24 units, open corridor, post tension/slab on grade foundations with wood frame wall construction and wood truss pitched roofs. Exterior wall coverings are brick veneer, cement horizontal lap siding. Vinyl Windows, 30-year architectural shingles, insulated metal entry doors and low maintenance metal railing and stairs for the breeze ways. The balconies consist of aluminum black coated railings. Site topography has a decent amount of slope running around the edges of the building pads resulting in quite a few lengthy retaining walls and a large reservation area with tree save areas around the existing stream. A pedestrian bridge will cross this stream along with a trail through the reservation to connect the back side of the property where additional structures are placed. The buildings are sprinkled and fire suppression monitored.
Project consists of 168 apartment units in 7 apartment building. There are a total of 2 different layouts of buildings. The buildings consist of 1-, 2-, & 3-bedroom type units. The clubhouse will open up into a large club room with a kitchenette, soffit framed grid ceiling, and walk out patio. There are public restrooms, business center, laundry room and fitness center. Outdoor amenities include pool, grilling area, covered pavilion, picnic tables, bike racks, tot lot playground, and 5-12 years of age playground.

Project start date was June 2022 with anticipated completion of June 2024 or roughly 24 months of construction.
