The development includes a clubhouse, pool, playground, mail kiosk, 48 detached garage parking spots, running trail, bike racks, pet stations and various other site amenities. Project Schedule and duration:
The project closed in March 2020 and plans to commence May 2020. The project duration is 24-26 months with an anticipated completion of May 2022.
Noteworthy Construction Elements:
The project is built on an open, grass field just south of the expansive Cottonwood Creek that runs through much of Colorado Springs. Although the project is just off I-25, it is set back enough to provide separate, secluded access from the busy road while still allowing an unobstructed view of the mountains and Pikes Peak.
