PLAN PRODUCTION
Pedcor’s in house Plan Production Group will act as a liaison between developers/ owners and independent architects and engineers. They solicit and contract outside architects and engineers and oversee the creation and completion of all construction documents through permitting to meet the development team’s timeline and design criteria. Throughout the plan production process the Plan Production Group reviews and evaluates construction documents for completeness, code compliance, cost benefit analysis and constructability which provides a quicker more efficient construction to delivery process with a defined quality end product. During the permitting process, Plan Production evaluates and coordinates responses to municipality questions and during the construction process Plan Production is responsible for fielding and answering construction questions from the construction team or local building code inspection officials. Plan Production is also responsible for new product design and material selection. Plan Production staff has over 25 years of multi-family and commercial construction and design experience.
