Signature's experience and success have led to an organized system which focuses on managing resources, information and issues. This starts with our in-house Plan Production Department that performs a thorough pre-construction constructability review of all construction documents. This affords the opportunity for value engineering and the ability to identify and correct costly design issues before they get to the field. The construction documents are then passed to one of Signature's five Project Managers for bidding, estimating, and contracting. Signature's Project Managers cover specific gegraphic region giving them each a unique understanding of locales means, methods, building codes and subcontractor base, again affording the best result for the project and Owner. Once contracted and released to the on-site staff for construction costs, progress, daily operations and quality are continually evaluated by the on-site staff, General Superintendent assigned to the project and Project Manager. The construction team provides a mix of perspectives to manage all facets of the construction process to insure the project's success.
