PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Pedcor's Property Management Group manages nearly 14,000 multi-family units. The Management Group is responsible for creating and implementing marketing, leasing and new product delivery strategies; absorption strategies and analysis; property income and expense projections; insurance coverage coordination; capital expenditure projections; site personnel selection, training and direction; and the creation and implementation of management and maintenance systems and procedures. Additionally, they provide feasibility input for site selection and unit design and critical Section 42 compliance monitoring training and audit services.
All of the Property Management Group's on-site managers are either a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) or are in the process of obtaining such certifications. The Management Group employs over 250 people to market, administer and maintain the portfolio of properties.
