Pedcor’s Development Team is responsible for site selection, demographic analysis, rental market study and evaluation, feasibility analysis, design and amenity reviewsand conceptual pro-forma economic analysis for suitable debt and equity placements. Development Team members remain active in each project throughout the development, construction and lease-up process managing the local zoning, site plan approval and permitting requirements; site and product design; community/neighborhood relations; lender and equity partner relations; product quality control; and lease-up activities.
